pre-purchase home inspection
Our primary goal is to provide our customers with a comprehensive report containing data regarding the condition of the systems and components of the home at the time of inspection. As we look for significant issues that may affect your buying decision, we’ll encounter a number of minor items during our inspection. We’ll discuss those and include them in our report as a courtesy to our client.
Our goal is to locate potential problems that could interfere with the sale of your home. A comprehensive report will help you to identify and fix the problems and give “peace of mind” before listing your home for sale. Pre-inspection Listing.docx
We are able to spot potential problems and offer possible solutions prior to and at the end of your renovation project. Undertaking a Home Repair.docx
New home warranty inspection
Three months before your new home warranty expires, consider a walk-through inspection of your new home and we will report deficient items, so that you can make your builder aware to correct these items prior to warranty expiry. Your New Home.docx
We include Infrared Imaging on every inspection to detect moisture, poor insulation areas, air leakage, and electrical issues. No inspection is complete without the use of thermal imaging. Infrared Thermography.pdf
